Behind door 16 of your Festive Finds: Happy Holidays Calendar you should have encountered a charming mechanical chum.

Robots are cool, and I think they're part of an interesting pattern of iconic toys becoming intrinsically linked with seasonal imagery; as time goes on, new toys become a part of the pantheon - on our Festive Finds calendar we've already seen the happy train and the friendly ted, and I think at some point (probably the 60s?) the tin robot joined their hallowed company. I suspect that it won't be long until my generation and its generational neighbours make a video game console, probably one that looks like a NES or an Atari 2600, a part of the mid-winter wallpaper. 

The original art that was put up on our Instagram was all clean lines and simplicity, but when it came time to create a spot the difference puzzle from it, finer detail was introduced to make the visual more intricate and challenging to puzzle out.
